Our services include: 

• Initial Consultation: Connecting with you to determine is important to you in this new journey. In this discovery process, we will be able to gain a better understanding on what the present need is so we can connect with the appropriate options.
• Assessment: Once the initial consultation is we will arrange a face to face meeting with you to assess specific day to day needs and to determine what is important to you in finding a community.
• Visiting Communities: We assist in the entire process of setting up appointments and joining you on these appointments to visit communities that we believe meet all of your needs and wants. We will also connect with the representatives of communities to make this process less overwhelming.
• Choosing a Community: This may seem as the most stressful part of it all, but it doesn't have to be! We help you through this entire journey, once you have visited all the communities and feel that you have found the one that fits all you have been looking for, we will also assist with the transition process.
• Move In Day: We work with you until the day of move in and will assist with providing any resources necessary to also make this part of the transition seamless.
